 The Metro Plastics Technologies production facility is a combination of state-of-the-art production equipment, computerized process management, climate control and employee pride. Our injection molding equipment is the most technologically advanced in the industry and combined with robotics, it is the most productive.

Our full range of molding machines offer capacities from 60 to 750 tons in a wide variety of resins. Our molding capabilities include a two shot (rotary paten) molding and gas assist (Hettinga) molding. Ultrasonic welding, hot stamping, pad printing, spray painting, silk screening assembly, and labeling are also specialties at Metro Plastics Technologies.
 
Through computer-integrated manufacturing, we monitor the production process and the efficiency of our equipment. And, because our production facility is climate controlled, we can maintain temperature and humidity levels to help ensure consistency in product quality. Most importantly, our people can take pride in their work and keep the production facility clean and safe.
