CORORATE OVERVIEW

Metro Plastics was founded in 1975 to service a broad range of customers including consumer electronics, medical, automotive, housewares, and specialty products.

Our services include thermoplastic injection molding, decorating, assembly, and packaging.  Our machine sizes range from 60 to 750 ton.  Each machine is equipped with automated material handling and robotics to improve quality and productivity.

Specialty services include insert molding and 2 shot molding.  We have developed a 2 shot master base to allow our customers to purchase 2 shot tooling at a lower cost than standard 2 shot tooling.

Rapid prototyping services include 3 SLA machines on site to provide design models, masters for urethane castings, and urethane castings (large parts included). We also support your prototyping needs with bridge tooling and short runs.

Our quality system is ISO 9000 certified and we enjoy preferred supplier status and dock to stock approval from many of our customers.
