Our Injection Molding Services are First-Class
Metro holds 650 unique active molds at our manufacturing facility. Some of these molds contain up to 12 cavities and churn out a shot every 22 seconds! You could liken that to having 650 different cookie recipes with 650 different cookie cutters while having 31 different ovens all set at different temperatures…and those ovens may have up to 12 pans baking at the same time! It is absolutely mind-boggling!
But when you walk onto our shop floor, the evidence is clear that we are a first-class molder. There’s a clear order and direction of purpose; a calmness, if you will.
